How do you handle 50 pound (110 kg) sacks of flour?? What kind of equipment do you advise to assist with heavy lifting to prevent back injury? My business plan is almost complete but I have no idea how I could physically move this kind of weight everyday. Thank you for a great article. You do gorgeous work.
